Incorrect or damaged goods
If we sent you the wrong products, don't worry, please contact us via the Contact page with your order details and we will be in contact to arrange collection and re-delivery of the correct product.
If the products you have received are damaged or faulty, please let us know via the Contact page with your order details and we will be in contact to arrange a delivery of the replacement products. Further details may be required at any point.
Please send your requests within 30 days of receipt of the delivery. Any requests will be answered within 48 hours.
What about if you change your mind?
If your items have arrived and they're in good condition but you have simply changed your mind, not a problem! Let us know via the Contact page with your order details and we will get in contact to arrange collection and either a full refund of the order (if all items are being returned) or partial refund (if part of the order is being returned)
Any returns must be in their original state and packaging. Please send any requests within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Any requests will be answered within 48 hours.
Once the order has been returned, or evidence that the products have been sent (i.e. copy of "Proof of Postage") has been received, the refund will be processed.
Refunds and returns
Refund requests will be answered within 48 hours of being contacted.
Refunds will be paid out once returned items have been received by us.
Any refunds will be paid via the same way original payment was made.
You will not receive any fees as part of the refund. However you will be responsible for return postage costs.
If you have received the goods and are happy with it, but on reflection you would much rather have something different from the site, no problem at all! Please contact us via the Contact page with your order details and we will be in contact to arrange collection and re-delivery of the alternative product. If the alternative product differs in price, a partial refund will be given or a further charge will be sent to you. This is depending on original price and price of the new product.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed but not yet shipped, please contact us immediately via the Contact page with your order details and we will be in contact to arrange cancellation of your order. If your items have already been shipped but you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us to arrange collection once the delivery has been made and we will then arrange for a refund. All cancellations must be made within 14 days of order.
We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal.

What happens with your details?
In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on 25 May 2018, your data will not be sold onto anyone else and is held on secured drives. You may request information that is held about you by me. I collect only the details that are entered on the contact form and subscribe form, if you purchase anything from my store, all information apart from payment details are recorded. This is for ease of records for future purchases or commissions.
